Trust Score: how we rate profiles and agencies
Every profile and agency has a Trust Score from 0 to 100. It adds up six checks based on facts the site can see. The bar shows the score, and the green ticks show the checks it passes.
The six checks
Verified, 25 points. Our moderators have given the profile or agency the Verified mark.
Good reviews, 20 points. At least one approved review and an average of 4 stars or more. Moderators read every review before it is published.
Clean report history, 15 points. No report against it has been upheld by moderators in the last 180 days. Reports that were rejected or are still being checked do not count.
Established profile, 15 points. On the site for at least 30 days.
Recently active, 15 points. Online on the site in the last 7 days.
Quality ad, 10 points. A profile needs at least 3 approved photos, a description of at least 150 characters and at least one price. An agency needs a logo, a description of at least 150 characters and at least one published profile.
What the score does not promise
The Trust Score helps you compare profiles. It is not a guarantee. Never send a deposit to someone you have not met, and use the Report button on a profile if something looks wrong.
For advertisers: how to raise your score
Keep your profile up to date, add real photos, a description and your prices, log in regularly and ask clients to leave a review.
